Shipping & Delivery

  • How long will it take to receive my order? Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Depending on your location, delivery usually takes 2–15 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

  • How can I track my order? Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package directly on our website through our "Order Tracking" page.

  • Why did I receive my items in separate packages? To ensure your products reach you as quickly as possible, we ship them from various warehouse locations. Therefore, items in the same order may arrive in different packages on different days. This is completely normal!

Returns & Refunds

  • What is your return policy? We want you and your pet to love your purchase! If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • How do I initiate a return? Please contact our support team at care@pattypaw.shop with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.

  • Are there any non-returnable items? For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (such as used pet beds or grooming tools) may not be eligible for return if they show clear signs of use.

  • How and when will I receive my refund? Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Who pays for return shipping? Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Orders & Payments

  • Can I cancel my order? We process orders quickly! You may request an order cancellation within 1 hour of placing it. After this time, your order may already be in the fulfillment process and cannot be canceled.
