1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. High volume periods or unforeseen supply chain issues may cause slight delays in processing.
2. Shipping Times and Rates To offer you a wide variety of premium products at the best prices, we partner with trusted global merchants and fulfillment centers. This means your items are shipped directly from our partners' facilities.

3. Multiple Packages (Split Shipments) Because we source our curated products from various specialized fulfillment centers, items in the same order may be shipped separately. If you order multiple items, you may receive multiple tracking numbers and your items may arrive on different days. Please do not panic if one item arrives before the other; the rest of your order is safely on its way!
4. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48-72 hours for the tracking information to become active and update in the carrier's system.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes PattyPaw is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (including tariffs, taxes, etc.). By purchasing from our store, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.
6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We process and ship orders quickly, so there is a very small window to cancel or change your order or address. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at care@pattypaw.shop with the subject "URGENT: ADDRESS CHANGE". If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping cost.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, PattyPaw is no longer liable for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors and local post office.

If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us within 48 hours at care@pattypaw.shop with clear photos of the damage so we can assist you in filing a claim or arranging a replacement.
